1. Nature of Products
All products sold on our website are digital courses delivered online. Therefore, physical returns are not applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- You have not completed more than 30% of the course
- No certificate has been issued for the course
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- More than 30% of the course content has been accessed
- The course has been fully completed
- A certificate has already been issued
- The purchase was made during special offers or discounted promotions (unless otherwise stated)
4. Technical Issues
If you face technical problems such as:
- Inability to access course content
- Video playback issues
Please contact us immediately. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same course, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.

- Suspension of your account
- Restriction from future purchases
